Join us for Friday Bites – a relaxed 90-minute workshop at Macknade, Faversham

hosted by Real Food Champion Katy Newton (Wasted Kitchen)
& BANT Registered Nutritionist Virginia Hills.

Each session brings together solid advice, easy ideas, and good food chat in two parts:

🔍 Nutrition Focus - each month we spotlight a seasonal ingredient, food group or topic – sharing what it does for your body, how to get more of it, and simple, delicious ways to include it in everyday meals. 

In June we'll be talking barbecues and picnics.  In July it's the turn of berries, our local super food.
 
🥦 Ingredient Inspiration - bring along an ingredient you’re unsure about – something you bought on impulse, just want to know more about or don’t know how to use – and we’ll share ideas, swaps, practical tips, and nutritional insight into how it supports your health and how to make the most of it.
